The Tycoon's Trophy Wife
Alanna and Reece met through the Wives Wanted matchmaking service, and agreed to a marriage…with love kept firmly out of the picture. At first, the only place they truly come together is in bed. But one day, while dancing with a friend of her husband, Alanna notices something surprising in Reece's gaze: jealousy! But why would he be jealous? The love they make later that night is different, more passionate than ever before. Is their relationship starting to grow into something new? Before she can piece together what’s going on, Alanna loses her memory in a terrible accident!

Alanna married Reece just only because she wanted children but she is perfect as a wife in everyway and Reece only married Alanna to revenge on the woman who left him years ago when he almost went bankrupt. Although Reece did not marry Alanna for love, he appreciates her effort and treats her with respect. They are far too polite with each others for a married couples and she is like a perfect wife without soul. I like how her emotions are coming back after the car accident.

I read this book first in the trilogy and fell in love with the characters. Once I found out that there was the first book coming out as a harlequin manga, I couldn't wait till The Tycoon's Trophy Wife came out as well. If you love this comic version, you will LOOOOOOVVVVVE the original story. A lot more love scenes and a better understanding of why Reece and Alana are so GOOD together. This is another book I continue to go to every few weeks/ every month.
