THE CALL OF THE DESERT
Julia is astonished to run into Sheikh Kaden of Burquat at a party. She'd first met Kaden when she was twenty years old and he was still the crown prince. They fell in love instantly. But one day, all of a sudden, he said something to alienate her and then coldly bid her farewell. Soon after, the news of his marriage completely broke her heart. It was only me who thought we were in love… Unbearably hurt by those bitter memories, Julia dashes out of the party, but can't escape her destiny.

This was one of the nice books because we have the heroine and hero with both their struggles and problems in their lives. However, when they first meet and begin to bond, they seem to miss one of the key ingredients in their relationship that is very common in a lot of harlequin comics: trust. I wasn't fond of the sheik because of his decision on making her marry but I had to remember that with different cultures come with different ideas of thinking. You have to be happy that he stepped on the thought of wanting to be there for his unborn children. I liked the heroine. I found her brave to go to a foreign country and tell the father that he was going to be a father instead of hiding it. However, I don't think that it was safe for her to be flying in her condition. What I liked about this book is that everyone were having different sorts of problems that affected. Both Hero and heroine were having problems that they should have told each other 12 years ago. That would have solved a lot of things. Luckily, in the end, they were both became honest with one another and we have our happy ending.
