This was a good story because it was just the right amount of everything: romance, supernatural, mystery, adventure, comedy, and drama. We have the usual romance because of how the hero and the heroine grow closer together. It's a little rushed but they're real sweet. I love the nice dose of supernatural of ghosts because it's not overbearing like banshees or something. The comedy part comes in where instead of cupid being angels, it's the ghosts who are playing cupids. The mystery of the hero that the heroine tries to uncover about him and what comes as a twist in the end about the additional characters in the books. The drama of what is going on in the castle is amazing. Then there is the adventure of treasure hunting. I love that we see both perspectives of the hero and heroine. It's a great story to read.
