This one was cute. It actually started to tread into dangerous territory when she got pregnant after the Male lead told her having a baby with him was "out of the question." I thought I was going to read that she did it on purpose like in some other manga. Then I would have disliked her and probably quit reading. However, as it turned out she was on the pill but accidentally missed a couple days. It's debatable if her not taking those pills was accidental on purpose. By that I mean she says it was an accident but in reality it could be that she didn't particularly want to be vigilant about taking them so she conveniently forgot. However, I feel I can give the female lead the benefit of the doubt in this case. After all, if it was more of an intentional accident she would have at least thought about it a little afterward, allowing the reader to see reality even if she didn't say it vocally. Overall, I enjoyed the story and the art and I think others will as well.
