We have the hero try to get back with the heroine who he left back in college because she was "holding" him back from giving his job 110%. So, he drops flat and leaves. The heroine was heartbroken but she didn't pine over the man but moved on, got her degree, and met with other man. Seven years have passed since then and they meet when the heroine's talking to the hero's fiancee and her little son. The hero is the first to cut the past connection and the heroine goes alone with it. However, he gets the heroine's address and goes to see her. You have to know that this man definitely not in love with the fiancee because what kind of man goes to see an ex-girlfriend at her own home at night after seeing her for the first time in seven years and what kind of woman allows the guy who dumped her to enter her home at night when he has a fiancee. I liked that when the hero wanted to talk about their last event seven years ago, she stopped him and said enough. The hero and heroine reunite and guess what, the hero still wants to talk about the past. I do like that we see a little of the hero's thoughts but I wanted to see more. A month after the two saw each other from the christmas party, the heroine and her friends hosted, the hero comes to the heroine's house with the news that his engagement with the now ex-fiancee is over. He says that it's over all because he reunited with the heroine. The heroine rejects but the moment when he starts to leave, the heroine cries for him to come back and wants only to be a mistress and not a lover. I don't believe that this strong woman is subjecting herself to that title. The hero wants more but says little and I agree with the heroine's friend of being against this arrangement. Next, the heroine and the hero actually go out to a musical as a couple and everything seems okay till the heroine meets the ex-fiancee( a nice woman) and finds out that the fiancee actually dumped the hero because she fell in love with the heroine's friend. Hurt by the lie, the heroine confronts the hero and leaves crying. I do like the friend Charlotte, she's a true friend in helping a friend forget heartbreak and protect the hero from heroine. The hero goes to the heroine for one last chance. They have a talk with the hero wanting to be together with heroin and buying a house to live in. The ending was cute.
