A Secret Disgrace

Louise comes back to her homeland of Sicily after ten years in order to bury the ashes of her departed grandparents. But to do this, she must gain permission from Caesar, the Duke of Falconari.... Upon meeting him, she instinctively wants to run from him. In the past, she spent a single, dreamlike night with him before being cruelly discarded. But however much he hurt her then, his air of maturity and dignity tears at her heart again. As she trembles, he turns his dark eyes to her, his gaze seeming to pierce through her as he says, "I know you've given birth to my son."

Scandalous love 4  4

Cute story, even if it's quite 'tormented'... Moreover, I can't understand, all the way, the actual reason why the hero left the heroine when they were younger (after the 'scandal')... Ok, there was someone intriguing against their relationship, but... he could struggle for her, couldn't he? Apart from that, I like the two main characters, their love-story and how they manage to reunite after so many lies, misunderstandings and external manipulations.

Awesome title 5  5

I loved this harlequin, it has some very sweet characters and I love stories that have to do with children. The plot is really good and you really get into the story. To me Louise seems like a really strong character, the passion she felt for the Duke of Falconari was amazing. That night they spent together would change her life forever, not only is she called a disgrace by her family she is also forced to go live with her grandparents. Even many years later Louise still finds herself attracted to the Duke. What I really like about this story is the child, he is so cute and he really looks like the Duke. The story told here is amazing. There is a misunderstanding between the two lovers, and the only way is to read it. But you won’t regret reading this Harlequin. I really enjoyed it, and would recommend it to anyone wishing to read about a love child or misunderstanding that end up breaking up a couple. In other words this is a great story and you will love reading it. I believe that Louise and the Duke make a really cute couple, and the main girl is not so weak like many others I have seen. The Duke seems to be very understanding as well. Which is why I think this story is so wonderful and great.
