The Mediterranean Rebel's Bride

When Ruggiero met the mysterious beauty Sapphire in London, it was love at first sight. But after two weeks of passion, she disappeared without a trace. He believed their love was destiny, so why did she leave? Since then, he had been an empty shell. One day, as he is test driving his company's new motorcycle, he catches sight of Sapphire among the circuit's spectators. But even though she looks the same, she doesn't seem the same. Shaken by the vision, he finds himself thrown from his machine.

wasn't really interested in it 2.5 3  3

I wasn't really invest in the story with how it all panned out. So, the hero is in love with a woman for past two years because of the two amazing weeks they spent in bed. However, he gets a surprise and a harsh awakening that amazing time was just him being used by the woman in order to fertilize her fields and go back to her husband to make him happy. Unfortunately, that didn't work out because he found out about his infertility and had both woman and baby kicked out. Now, the woman lived with the heroine till she got sick, told the heroine to take the little boy to the hero and passed away. The heroine has some major insecurity issues because every man she's been with has taken one look at the woman (the heroine's cousin) and ditched the heroine for her. The few things that seemed to hold my interest was the hero's fun and large family who took in the heroine and the little boy and the sweet gesture that the hero made to the heroine but that was really all.
