The heroine has been working under the hero for a year. She has done many things like dressing like a teenager for the company image to dealing with the multiple women he goes out with. Now, she's going to make a new chapter but wishes to leave an impression on the hero in order to sober his playboy manner. She gets the opportunity of a lifetime by dressing up (not in much) for his grandfather's Birthday surprise!! I was fairly impressed like the grandfather. She even finds an ally in teaching the hero a little lesson in relationships through the grandfather. They lie about getting engaged to each other and it sends the hero off the rocks. It was quite comical to watch since their whole charade worked. The hero pulls her away to her bed but they get caught the next morning by the heroine's traditional no premarital sex father. The hero comes in to save the day with the grandfather's engagement by proclaiming his engagement to the heroine. Once, they're alone, the heroine calls him out on his lies but the hero states he does want to marry her. However, the heroine is holding off on saying yes. She even panics when they're invited to the heroine's family barbecue. The hero handles himself well, despite their being such a big difference because his whole life is filled with divorces from his parents to his grandfather(the heroine was supposed to be his 8th wife). The hero and heroine do have a discussion on where they are going and they come to an agreement of wanting to marry each other. However, they hit another snag when it comes to the subject of children. You see, the hero thinks it's too early to have children where as the heroine misinterprets his words of him not wanting children translates to not wanting her. She doesn't realize until after their big fight that the hero wants to build a stable relationship before a child comes because of his childhood was filled with the divorce of his parents. Then she comes to the hero's home where her entire family is waiting for her. The hero wants to prove his love and wish to be with her by confessing his love to the heroine in front of her entire family. His words and actions touch the heroine who accepts his ring. It was a pretty good story with how it went down.
