Both the Hero and Heroine were so hot-blooded when they first met and it basically messed up everything.I am surprised by how much the Heroine's character changed over the years and it obviously intrigued the proud arrogant Hero.A modern Cinderalla story full of tricks and lies.

The harlequin comic is about a young heroine trying to break away from a family life and history of drugs, alcohol, and prostitution. She goes to a model audition where she meets the hero and becomes the winner. Unfortunately, her roommate's creepy boyfriend comes along with threats that if the heroine doesn't steal some valuables then he will come after her. She's frightened by his threats and takes the hero's watch with the plan to return it. Yet, the watch holds great sentimental value to the hero and when he finds the heroine escaping with the watch, he has off the contract. Years later, the heroine is making headway in the hotel industry when the hero shows his face again. This time, the heroine has more to lose with having changed her name and family history and has been engaged to the future viscount. The hero tells the heroine to reject the man's engagement or he will tell him the truth. The heroine gives in and calls off the engagement but she has everyone believe there never was an engagement between her and OM. Now, the hero takes her all around to not just parties but also hiking trips. He learns about the heroine's real past and she learns about his past as well. They have some bumps along the way and after a fall on the heroine's account; the hero learns what really went on the night she stole the watch. They both confess their love for each and we have a happy ending.
